'Still Almost Blue', a fun house exploration of hidden identities and the illusive nature of perception, is a collaborative exhibition of photography and painting with Hannah Shoetz. Tools of distortion are used conjure hidden characters of the mind, that are often felt internally but are hard to crystallise or give form. Water, colour and reflections coalesce, speaking to memory, dreams, the nonsensical and perceived experience. What emerges is a fluid and playful representation of inner worlds.
